Description of the machine:

• This machine is available to flange up to 6 mm stainless Steel.
• Variable Flanging system with double driven hydraulic system.
• Hydraulic Vertical movement of the top shaft in order to flange the part.
• Flanging process done by control unit fixed over the frame.
• Holder of the part and carriage system movement is controlled with joysticks over the frame.
• Holder can move up and down (hydraulic)
• This machine can flange up to R50mm
• Lateral side supporters in order to ease the flanging process.
• Welded Steel frame.
• Rollers are induction hardened rollers.
• Metric 16 fixing hole on the holder piston. (this can be optional due to customer request)
• 9cc-16cc tandem pump system with single motor.
